Payment Options

We accept cash, checks payable to VM Inspection Services, or Zelle transfers to 772-828-1988.

Payment Policy

Payments are due at the time of your inspection appointment. Inspection reports will not be submitted without payment.

Report Distribution

Clients can request reports be sent to insurance agents or realtors by providing their contact information via phone or text at 772-828-1988.

Permit Documentation

Homeowners should provide roof, plumbing, and electrical permit numbers and dates if available. This information can help support your inspection report.

Gated Communities

If your home is in a gated community, please inform your gate guard of our upcoming visit so our inspector is not delayed at the entrance.

4-Point Inspection Access

Inspectors require access to water valves, electrical panels, HVAC systems, and water heaters. Please clear these areas for inspection photos, as our inspectors will not move items.

Attic Access

Attic access is required for all inspections except roof certifications. Please ensure the access point is unobstructed and reachable on the day of your inspection.

Fenced Properties

If your property has a fence, all entry gates must be unlocked on the day of inspection so our inspector can access the exterior of your home.

Report Delivery

Electronic PDF delivery is our standard. If you require a printed copy, an additional fee of $7.50 applies.

Required Presence

An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of your inspection. The property may not be inspected if this requirement is not met.
